Dawn Walsh, MRP (military relocation professional) is an agent and team member of the Agents Who Care. Active in real estate since 2017, Dawn began working for Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices. Awarded Berkshire Hathaway’s Honor Society Top 18% (2019), as well as their President’s Circle Top 7% (2021), Dawn understands that to care for your clients doesn’t allow for slack work. Born and raised in Knoxville to an entrepreneur family, diligence has been with Dawn her entire life, and is seen in her work today. She joined the Agents Who Care in 2022, and with her real estate expertise and deep Tennessian roots, she makes a wonderful addition to the team.

“My whole life, I have cared about jobs being done right. If it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing correctly. In real estate, particularly, there’s this idea that it can be a do-it-yourself process,  but when that’s the case, it’s typically not in the best interest of either party. Buying or selling a home is typically an emotional life event, which can sometimes get in the way of what’s actually going to be your best choice. I’m here to remain emotionally neutral (as much as possible), so that I can effectively navigate stressors and lead clients with wisdom. That’s how I care.”
